Davidson Family Photographer / One Year Milestone and Cakesmash

I first met this beautiful boy as a newborn and it has been my pleasure to capture the milestones of his first year in this beautiful world.  For his 1 year session, we met again in the garden of his grandparents’ beautiful Davidson home which was dressed for spring in Azaleas and Dogwood blooms.   It was so lovely.  Photos with mommy and daddy first and then time to smash the cake!  The cake was lemon flavored which our little model found yummy but also caused some cute little puckers.  He wasn’t stingy but instead happy to share his tasty treasure with mommy and daddy.

It has been such a joy to watch this little guy grow from a beautiful newborn who loved to sleep unposed on his back to a handsome little one year old, toddling around his grandparents yard.  Here are my favorites from our cakesmash session.
