Charlotte Newborn Photographer / It's a Boy!

I’ve been photographing this lovely Charlotte family since their little girl was a newborn.  I’ve seen them a lot over the past two years and have become attached to this sweet crew.  So, I was over the moon to find out that mom was expecting again and I would soon be doing newborn photographs for baby #2.  Mom and dad would wait for baby to arrive to find out the sex but for some reason I had girl on my brain.  In planning for the session, I started to collect new girl bonnets and wraps (I always get something new for each session).

Well, baby #2 arrived and lo and behold, he was a boy!  I really wasn’t too surprised because I have a good record for guessing wrong.   My “gut feeling” for each of my own three children was absolutely a miss.  J  

I was excited for them because they now had one of each and both were absolutely perfect.  What a joy it was to see big sister love on her new little brother.  I believe that those two are going to have such a sweet bond growing up.    Less than two years apart and mirror images of each other, they’re a perfect little pair.  Here are my favorite’s from this Charlotte, NC newborn session.
